Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. We ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice - no charge. You are welcome to reschedule at any time.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice - we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service cost. This covers the time reserved for you that cannot be filled on short notice.

No-show - clients who do not arrive and do not contact us may be charged the full cost of the booked service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

How to cancel
Contact us by phone or through the booking system. Cancellations sent by email less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be processed in time.

Repeated cancellations
Clients who cancel or reschedule more than twice in a row may be asked to prepay to confirm future bookings.
