Booking
‍Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or by contacting us directly. A booking confirmation will be sent to your email or phone number after the appointment is confirmed.

‍Arrival
‍Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on the schedule. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

‍Consultation
‍For first-time visits and trichology appointments, a consultation is included before the service begins. Please inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, or recent chemical treatments when booking.

‍Minors
‍Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

‍Right to refuse service
‍What Is Hair reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the condition of the client's hair or scalp presents a risk to health or the quality of the result. In such cases, we will recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
